How does the white-label model work?

You sign one agreement with Tragest. We provision your domain, brand assets and mobile apps, and you become the platform under your own identity. Your end clients sign with you, are billed by you, and never know Tragest is the underlying technology. We support you as your tier-2.

Which GPS devices do you support?

We support Teltonika, Queclink, Concox, Suntech, Calamp and most major OEMs out of the box, plus OBD-II adapters. For partner programs we can manage device sourcing, provisioning and SIM management end-to-end.

Can we self-host on our own infrastructure?

Yes — on the Scale+ plan we offer dedicated single-tenant deployments on AWS, GCP or your own VPC. Most partners start on our managed multi-tenant infrastructure and graduate later.

What about data ownership and privacy?

Your data is yours. You can export it any time, and we only process it to operate the service on your behalf. Get in touch for details on data residency and our security practices.

How long does white-label onboarding take?

Typically 14 days from signed contract to a live, branded platform. Mobile apps in the stores follow within 3–4 weeks depending on Apple & Google review.
